Submissions Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Two Kingdoms Entertainment considers creative material by prior written invitation only. Please do not send scripts, treatments, pitches or other creative material unless a member of our team has expressly requested it in writing.
Before sending material
This policy applies to scripts, screenplays, treatments, synopses, formats, books, artwork, recordings, pitch decks and other creative proposals, including links to such material.
Our website enquiry form is for investor and strategic partnership enquiries. It is not a submission channel for creative projects. An acknowledgement, automated reply or general conversation does not constitute permission to submit.
If we invite a submission, please follow the scope, delivery method and any specific terms set out in that invitation. Do not send additional material or add us to a data room without prior agreement.
Ownership and permission
You must own the material or have authority from the relevant rights holders to submit it for consideration. Please identify any co-authors, underlying works, rights restrictions or third-party permissions relevant to the proposal.
Submitting material does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Two Kingdoms Entertainment. Any option, acquisition, licence, development arrangement, fee or credit must be agreed separately in writing. This policy does not grant us permission to commercially exploit your work.
Confidentiality
Please do not send confidential information, trade secrets or material subject to another party’s confidentiality restrictions before appropriate arrangements have been agreed in writing. An invitation to submit does not, by itself, constitute a non-disclosure agreement. Any separate confidentiality agreement remains subject to its own terms.
Review and response
Receiving or reviewing material does not create a commitment to respond, provide feedback, develop, finance, purchase or produce a project. It does not establish a partnership, agency, advisory or other commercial relationship, or an entitlement to payment.
We may decline to review or return unsolicited material. Please retain your own copies and do not send originals. We do not undertake to store submissions or provide a response within a particular period.
Independent development
We may already be developing or considering projects with similar themes, subjects or concepts. Similarity alone does not establish that material has been used. This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have in relation to actual infringement or misuse of confidential information.
Personal information
Personal information received in connection with enquiries or invited submissions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please send only information necessary for the agreed purpose and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information about yourself or others.
Contact and related terms
For questions about this policy, contact contact@twokingdomsentertainment.com. Please do not attach creative material unless requested. Our Website Terms of Use also apply to use of this website. Any separately agreed submission terms take precedence where they conflict with this policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
